"It is well known that the well-being of children today is inseparable from peace, progress and prosperity the world of tomorrow. It is therefore important that children who grow up in an environmentally friendly model to promote national peace and world progress. The importance of their well-being was emphasized at the World Summit for Children in September 1990, held under the auspices of the Organization UN Children's Education Fund (UNICEF), where world leaders said that "unless the investment in children is made, all the fundamental problems of mankind in the long term be fundamental problems in the long term.
