I am a sex addict Catholic, is a sin to use birth control in my situation?

In fact, if I make a sin by having sex before marriage, then it is another sin to use contraceptives such as condoms or the pill?

I am a former Catholic, and I can say from personal experience that most people tend to do what they want, despite what the Church says. There is a group of nuns in South America that takes birth control pills because they are often victims of sexual assault. They do this despite objections of the churches because the situation is necessary. The use of birth control as it can be a life saver. First, you get some protection in the form or a reliable contraceptive method. Second, you should consult a psychologist for sex addiction (not a cure) for treatment.
